Summertime, cavity time?

It probably won’t come as a surprise that summertime is a time when dentists see lots of cavities in kids! This is probably related to children eating more sweets and drinking more soda and energy drinks. Remember the importance of brushing 2 minutes, 2 times a day, and flossing! It is also important to always drink plenty of water and eat a balanced diet to keep those cavities away!
