Office Policies

Your Appointment

Your time is valuable, so we strive to see all patients on time for their scheduled appointment and we appreciate your consideration by coming to our office on time for all appointments. If you arrive 10 to 15 minutes late for an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

There are times when our schedule is delayed in order to accommodate an injured child or because of an emergency.

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for your child. If a cancellation is unavoidable, please call the office at least 48 hours in advance to arrange another appointment. Without a 48 hour notice there may be a $35 broken appointment fee assessed.

In case of emergency

In the case of a dental emergency, call our office at 614-761-3361. If the emergency occurs after hours, we do maintain a 24-hour emergency number.

Fees and payments

We accept cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover). If you have any questions concerning our fees, please feel free to let us know.


As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit claims to your dental insurance on your behalf, for patients both in and out of network. Your deductible, co-payment and the non-covered portions of your bill will be collected at time of service. Haring Pediatric Dental is now participating with Aetna PPO and Delta Dental Premier insurance and accepts most other PPO dental insurance. If you have any questions concerning your coverage, please contact your dental insurance carrier.
